About the Team The IT System Operations Team provides engineering and operational expertise to the OpenAI IT organization. The team ensures that employee-facing systems, identity workflows, and enterprise applications operate in a predictable, governed, and continuously reliable manner as the organization scales. The Enterprise Platforms pod runs the SaaS applications employees rely on to communicate, collaborate, and manage work.
