Scale's Generative AI business unit is at the front of the industry, fueling the development of frontier AI models. As a Product Operations Manager, you will build and support the critical processes and platforms that drive our daily operations. This multi-faceted role requires a unique blend of product, operations, and analytics as we architect the future of the business. Success in this role requires the ability to translate complex requirements between technical teams and operational stakeholders, and to earn the trust of both to influence the direction of Scale’s products.
