About the role Gamma is growing fast, and paid acquisition is one of the biggest levers we have. The constraint isn't budget — it's creative. The companies winning in AI are testing hundreds of ads a month. Most teams ship a handful. You'll own the system that closes that gap. This is a build-and-operate role. You'll design and run the pipeline that takes a brief and produces production-ready static and video ads at a volume no traditional creative team can match, pairing AI generation with real editorial judgment and a real QA bar.…
